I'm Hannah!

I've called many places home across the US. Tennessee is where I currently live and is my favorite spot so far - aside from the humidity. ;) I've also started taking my relationship with God more seriously here. Life gets hard, people. It shouldn't surprise us. (1 Peter 4:12) But when it does get difficult, we have a Heavenly Father who knows us and loves us and uses the hard times to shape us into a beautiful masterpiece that resembles His Son - Jesus.

My Story

I've always enjoyed writing. When I was younger, I loved to write stories of things I'd experienced or imagine new characters and new worlds. And while I still enjoy writing stories,I've also recently turned to non-fiction writing. Once I get started on a topic, it's hard to stop.

I also have a heart for people struggling with anxiety and depression, because I struggle daily with both. That's why I started this blog. I'm for sure not gonna say everything perfectly, and I definitely don't know everything about walking with Jesus; that's something that will take my whole life to even start to grasp. But I want to share what God is teaching me.

My prayer is that I will be an encouragement to you all, a reminder of the hope we have in Jesus, and the practical things we can do to draw closer to Him and become more like Him. Becoming like Christ is not a magical, overnight miracle. It's a one-step-at-a-time process with God our Father leading and guiding us.
